

Two of my goals for the new year- for my physical self- are to be able to do a full split and a hand stand. Yes, in my 42nd year of life, these are two of my goals- things I've always wanted to do, so I figure I better get on with it. My plan is quite simply to practice every morning when I get up. I'm certain I can master this. (I've found two random pictures off the internet to illustrate my point).
